Below is the new scoring system for our Kingdom Audits. A few things have changed if you have any questions let me know. This is the system that will be used for the current Shire of GP audit.
Requirements for Kingdom of the Golden plains Audit
I. Administrative : 50 Points
A. sign-ins (10)
B. waivers (10)
C. all-thing minutes (10)
D. dues paid member list (10)
E. financial ledger & positive bank account (10)
II. Group: 30 Points
A. posted quals results (10)
B. posted officers' list (10)
C. awards list (10)
III. Overall: 20 Points
A. turn in records on time (10)
B. average attendance (10)
IV. Extras: 8 Points
A. community service (2)
B. workshops: (2)
(must have two out of the four to get full credit for workshops)
1. Fighter practice.
2. Garb fests
3. Weapon making clinics.
4. Other
C. demos (2)
D. attending kingdom level functions.(2)
Total: 108 Points (Must score an 80 or higher to pass)
If records are more than a week late, (unless something has been set up with the Kingdom P.M. prior to the audit due to un-foreseen circumstances), it is an automatic Fail. Communication is Key.
