This was due to one missing sign in sheet, and no quals results being posted. Other than that you guys knocked it out of the park. The organization of the audit was great, the folder was nicely put together, and easy to follow. Other than the above areas of improvement, you guys are doing great! Keep up the great work and Congrats on the good score with the new scoring system.
Due to the scoring system and "posted quals results" being a requirement in them it is weighed the same across the board for all lands. However this is something we can look at in the future and make any adjustments to the system as needed.
You guys don't have much to worry about however; you always do a great job on the audit from requirements to presentation.
After much discussion and Debate, It has been decided that an adjustment needs to be made to the Shire's Audit score. The best compromise I believe that could be made was to give half credit on the Quals section of the Audit, which would bring the total score up to a 102.6.
Once again you guys did a great job on the Audit and the organization was awesome.
However, in the upcoming audits for the Shire pleas put something in that section stating you did or did not have qualification, or at the very least the nominations for officers and vote count.
