Audit
Audits are used as a confirmation of a subgroups adherence to Amtgard-wide and Kingdom of the Golden Plains best practices in regards to proper records keeping (both Player Records and Financial Records) and is used to help determine subgroup status (per section 7.0).
Audits will be delivered to the Kingdom Prime Minister by each subgroup's current Prime Minister at the end of each 6-month reign in the following format. The subgroup’s audit will receive a score that reflects proper completion of each of the following sections (a score as reviewed and agreed to by both the Kingdom Prime Minister and the Kingdom Monarch):
I. Administrative : 50 Points
A. sign-ins (10)
B. waivers (10)
C. all-thing minutes (10)
D. dues paid member list (10)
E. financial ledger & positive bank account (10)
II. Group: 30 Points
A. posted quals results (10)
B. posted officers' list (10)
C. awards list (10)
III. Overall: 20 Points
A. turn in records on time (10)
B. average attendance (10)
IV. Extras: 8 Points
A. community service (2)
B. workshops: (2)
1. Fighter practice.
2. Garb fests
3. Weapon making clinics.
4. Other
Note: the subgroup must have documented two out of the four to get full credit
for workshops.

Total: 108 Points (Must score an 80 or higher to pass).
If records are more than a week late, (unless an extension with good cause has agreed to by the Kingdom P.M. prior to the audit), the audit will receive an automatic fail.
The establishment for this was set up by past precedence with Dark Oasis when we failed our audit. The following is what happens if someone fails:
Failing the audit will result in the subgroup being put on probationary status for no more than six months within the Golden Plains (This can be overturned by a Kingdom Althing vote, and extenuating circumstances should be taken into account by the Kingdom Prime Minister as well). This would result in the following sanctions for the group:
1.) The group would have no Kingdom level voting rights, for the duration of the probation.
2.) Any Knights residing in the group would lose voting rights in the Knight’s Circle, for the duration of the probation.
3.) No members of the group could receive Kingdom level awards, for the duration of the probation.
