Hi there I just found out about this and was interested in taking part. I wanted to make sure I had the time/place correct, its at memorial park around 3pm on sundays correct? also if I don't have any weapons or garb do I need to try to get them put together before I can take part?

You have the correct time and location. And don't worry about not having weapons or garb, we will have some loaner gear available.
