Uther's Proposal: Synchronize Kingdom Event Times

Hi Everyone,

Today I would like to make a new proposal. Here it it. I propose that all five chapters of the Golden Plains synchronize their coronations and midreigns to the same schedule that Kingdom has their events. There are several advantages to all of us meeting at the same time.

First, everyone can travel at one time to one event that covers the coronations and midreigns of each chapter. This will save on Travel Expenses across the kingdom.
Second, the Kingdom of the Golden Plains can finally start having 100 person events. This means more fun for all of us.
Third, we can synchronize the feast costs by each chapter giving a fifth of the event cost and then we can also split the profits five ways.

Implementing this proposal is not hard. Irongate and I believe Evermore Hollow are already synchronized to the Kingdom schedule. If I am wrong someone please correct me. Dark Oasis and Nine Willows can adjust their reigns to meet the changes and Darkwater Hollow is being rebuilt and they can jump right on to this proposal too. If this lays out right then every three months each chapter will be having either a coronation or a midreign event along with Kingdoms event.

Now the last part of this proposal is how to organize it. That is simple. We have the Kingdom Regent delegate responsibilities for each event. The Regent can have all the chapters pay in some cash to get things rolling, or the Kingdom Regent can simply ask each chapter to do something for the event. For example, if an event is in Irongate, the Kingdom Regent can ask Irongate to find the location. Then Nine Willows could bring the main dish, Dark Oasis could brings sides and desserts, and so on and so forth. When it is all said and done. Reimburse each chapter for the costs spent and then split the profits.

This proposal seems to offer us many unique ways to host massive events that we can all partake in. I hope that each person in the kingdom has a chance to review this proposal and that you all vote yes.
