Having read through this a couple of times, it appears that Wizard hads become a very subpar class. I don't mind balance between classes but this is ridiculous.
Subpar? i doubt it. the whole game mechanics has changed and until you have played a V8 battlegame you wont understand how much everything is better

No matter whether one may feel that Sir Monkey is viewing the current iteration of v8 through emerald colored glasses, he is correct in that we are obligated to give this its due in some form of a playtest. Some local field opinions via playtest would provide what concerns we have some basis or even allay those concerns. Can our field champions and GMRs come up with a weekend each, all scheduled prior to July, so we can provide feedback in the near term? Worth remembering this is a two year process but better to get on the right track now than at the last minute. Whatya thinks?
I wanted to do Park invasions and on invasion day it would be playtest day.. schedual what park woudl be invaded and everyone picks sides prior when Game day comes everyone should be in the know about their class and whats going to be happening a quick review and rules class before game on invasion day do battle game pass out review pages and viola V8 playtest complete...

I actually had a question about the caster rules and wasn't real sure where to post it. But as I've been studying the healer and the protection magics they state "Resistant to X. Does not count towards a players Enchantment limit, may not be worn with any other Enchantments from the Protection School." So I have two questions when it comes to this: What does it mean to be "resistant" and as it states it does not count towards a players Enchantment limit. Does that mean a caster can cast it on themselves and still cast with out it being removed? Thank you for your time in reading the post and hope these questions can be answered.
