V8 deadline approaching

Monarchs of Amtgard,

Last year at Gathering of the Clans all sixteen kingdoms agreed to provide V8 feedback, especially deal breakers by the 31st of January 2014. The agreement was to use the existing rules representatives to communicate this feedback to the V8 committee. I know that some kingdoms have done a great job of getting this feedback in. On the other hand several kingdoms still haven’t gotten anything in. It’s vital that we hear from everyone kingdom and especially hear the deal breakers. We really need our kingdoms to meet their commitment regarding this feedback. So far no one has given any deal breakers. I am pretty sure that there are still kingdoms with deal breakers. The Executive Committee will by attempting to contact each monarch individually as well but time is running short so we wanted to remind all of you what your predecessor monarchs have committed to.

Thank you for posting this Sir Arminius. You beat me to it. I had the pleasure of discussing the deadline as well as the current status of GP's preparations with MHoG this evening. GP will make the deadline with everything asked of us. Our Kingdoms current Rules Rep is Gequinn and he is gathering all of the info that any pf us would like to offer. Again, thank you Sir Arminius.
