-Kingdom Midreign Next Saturday 5/31/14 at Forest Park in Lamesa.
-Hern asks if you have banners to help dress up the place please do so.
-If you aren’t going to the event please still come out and have fun and play games. And get a sign in sheet on scrap paper.
- Zsadist has room for 2 comfortably, 3 uncomfortably for this. Will be leaving around 10:30am

-Last weekend of June 6/28 Skywatch’s Midreign. The Sunday Following, 6/29, Is Dark Oasis Midreign.

- Clan Last week of July. July 23-27th at Sacramento Retreat in Mayhill, New Mexico.

-Our Midreign is July the 5th. Tentatively we will be at the college.
- Valance suggests using his ranch but it would be unfair. So it is possible to use for other events.
- Valance will post rules on Dragon Master soon.
- Orgy is Feastocrat, Bids are still welcome by anyone or any group. Let Valance, Orgy, Zsadist, or Raegar know.

- Meet-up Group has been renewed. Wretch asked to be reimbursed for this last months payment due to the Dutchy agreeing to pay for it from now on. On top of that, for Wretch to keep paying for it, but the Dutchy to just reimburse him every month. Motion was was made, and seconded. Motion passed with yes’s, no opposition, one abstain.

- Ice Cream Truck music comes on in the background for good ambiance

- First weekend of June, 06/7 Wretch, and a few others will be gone. Black Bart and Orgasmatron will be running games and Jugging. Rules for Jugging are on the Nine Willows Facebook page.
- Black Clover has asked to play a game on at our park so he can play test it with a large group.

-The 2nd weekend of June, 06/14, King Uther has asked us to vote on v8. For everyone.
- Black Bart will be bringing out ballots.
- Wretch brings up if v8 passes the CoM will only have to vote on rule changes at Clan. If it goes in, it will be locked until 2015. If we vote no and it stays in play testing, it will still be improved until next clan.
- Ignore the petitions circulating around about v8.

There is a correction to this. The Meet-up Group reinbursment is only every 6 months. not every month
