Clan is coming up in a couple weeks. Get together and help people make it to Clan.
The Month of the Crown was mentioned
Hern officially declares his intent to run. Monkey and Arminius will be running for the position as well.
Guild Master of Reeves election will run as scheduled. If we have nobody run for the position, it will be vacant.
Kingdom Coronation is August 30th at the Corn Maize just outside of Lubbock. This will be a camping event.
Irongate officially bids for Kingdom Coronation feast.
Feast fee will be determined by the amount of the bid and the number of donations.
We are currently planning for approximately 60-100 people to prepare for.
Version 8 Discussion
The date of implementation for the new rules, if they are approved, will be decided at clan. As it stands, August 1st is looking like it will be the date of implementation.
Due to the kingdom's decision to vote against Version 8, Uther will fight "tooth and nail" to prevent the implementation of the rules.
Two groups may be brought up at Clan to gain kingdom status. Uther may need to clarify this note in the minutes.
The kingdom demotion proposal is on the docket for clan this year. According to this proposal, the Circle of Monarchs will be able to recommend any kingdom for demotion to the Board of Directors who will ultimately make the decision.
The rules revision process revision will also be discussed at Clan. This new revision will replace the rules representative with a more empowered position that will answer to a rules committee. Uther has more details on the matter.
