== Item 1 ==
A recap of the previous meeting, where clarification was given about voting outside of the predetermined 3-month voting period. Sir Wretch brought up that all those who given a 'Yes' vote should be entitled to be knighted within a reasonable amount of time. Sir Anubis inquired as to what a reasonable amount of time would be. Sir Wretch states within at least a years time from their vote. All agreed.
== Item 2 ==
Sir Wretch asked Sir Bearrug when he would like Squire Orgasmatron to be knighted, as he has had a well known confirmed 'Yes' vote far past that year time frame. There were no objections to this. After discussion, it was decided that Bearrug would drop the sword on Orgy at the event during court. Details of said knighting were ironed out.
== Item 3 ==
Both Sir Wretch and Sir Bearrug inquired as to Sir Otto. A vote was called on Sir Otto regarding Knight of the Crown at Clan two years ago. Sir Wretch asked what were the results of that vote and/or any documentation of those results. There were none to be given. Due to this circumstance, Sir Wretch called for a re-vote which was agreed upon. A tally was taken from all present peerage and discussion was held.

== Item 4 ==
The details of Squires Nevon's & Ryuujin's knightings were discussed.
In regards to Nevon, Sir Wretch has heard nothing in regards to Dame Lyra. Sir Ren had stated in the event Lyra had no reply in a timely manner, Sir Ren would drop the belt on Nevon. Sir Wretch will be contacting Sir Ren regarding when/where the best time would be for him to attend an event for Nevons knighting.
In regards to Ryuujin, Sir Renity has stated she wants his knighting to be at Kingdom Coronation six months away. This was accepted.
== Item 5 ==
Sir Wretch brought up two people for voting, via proxy.
First was Sir Monkey for Knight of the Flame via Sir Arminius. Sir Arminius could not attend the event due to health concerns, but he contact Sir Wretch regarding making his intention known. Sir Arminius had stated he would send a letter explaining his reasonings, but one was not sent.
Second was via a recommendation to King Uther. Malen, who plays in the Shire of Golden Plains and Evermore Hollow had asked Uther to ask the Guildmaster of Knights to bring up Darken Harkonnen for Knight of the Flame. Sir Wretch stated that he would not consider this recommendation due to Darkens inactivity. A brief discussion was held, where Sir Rikka revealed that to her knowledge Darken had no intention of ever coming back to Amtgard. All agreed to continue on.
== Item 6 ==
Sir Wretch asked if there any present who wished to bring anyone up for voting? There were none.
== Item 7 ==
Sirs Kamal & Renity brought up the concern of knighting people very quickly. They wish to slow the process down after this newest run of knightings. Discussion was held regarding Masterhoods, Knightings, and the related timing thereof.
== Item 8 ==
Sir Wretch brought up that for the duration of his term as Guildmaster of Knights that individuals brought up for knighthood will only be accepted at either the Kingdom Endreign/Coronation or Midreign. If someone cannot be present, a proxy to bring up the individual can be sent to the event or a message sent to the Guildmaster of Knights. There were no objections, and Sir Monkey stated that both he and Sir Arminius were continuing work on a potential set of CoK bylaws. Due to Sir Arminius letting his intentions be known to the GMK before the event, a vote will be tallied on Sir Monkey for his Flame.
== Item 9 ==
Sir Bearrug brought up the standard being set for Knight of the Sword with Ryuujin's knighting. He stated that if Ryuujin is going to be knighted as Sword, he would like to start discussion regarding Sirs Draven & Anubis for their Sword belts. This discussion will be posted on the Knights group.
The entire meeting lasted only two Draven cigarettes.
