We had a knights' meeting at Kingdom Coronation in Lubbock. If you weren't there and would like to know what went down, feel free to PM me.
Thanks

In the interest of fairness, as well as consistency with the policy set forth by previous GMs, I will not post the minutes publicly on this forum. I can't find minutes for any knights meetings on this forum, and I won't be the first to post them unless the circle agrees that that's what we will do from now on.
If my continuation of the policy I have inherited from previous GMs is problematic, then I suggest we have a discussion about it at the next meeting when everyone is present (Midreign/Clan). We can set something up that makes everyone happy.
In the meantime, if anyone is uncomfortable with a PM you are welcome to call me at 806-655-4597. Note: I'm usually not home. Please leave a message and let me know when a good time to call back would be.
So, it will be now as it has been in the past: if you want to know what happened in the meeting, contact the GM.

I would like to add that given the number of info leaks in the Circle, I wouldn't advise posting them here.
Like Ren said, it seems the best proceedure is the one that has been in place for years. The knights who care to know what happened need to contact the GM. It's worked for years. No reason to fix what isn't broken.
