Discussed last Kingdom Allthing, brought up that we still have some local groups that need to add 20% of thier treasurey to the kingdom treasurey

Proposed for next allthing: For Audits to be every 6 months, to be done by the Kingdom PM and another kingdom elected official (like the kingdom GMoR)

Vote passed for this to take place around Kingdom Midreign, to allow stepping up PM to have complete and accurate records. The audit will be conducted by the Kingdom PM and Kingdom GMR if the GMR can't make arrangements then the Kingdom PM can select another Kingdom officer.

A new thread needs to be made for the BOD reconstruction, Whatever is decided from this thread will be voted on at the June Kingdom Allthing.
A suggestion was made to have 4 BOD meetings a year instead of monthly, this needs to be in the thread and discussed.

A proposal to start fresh with the BOD after the reconstruction is finial, i.e. the new BOD will pick it's officers at the first meeting after the reconstruction. This will be voted on during the June Kingdom Allthing.

A proposal was made to change or remove the age restriction for Champion, this needs to be discussed and voted on at the June Kingdom Allthing.

if it can please be noted, that the lack of qualification for our current monarchy has been publicized. So, a solution to this, possibly the re-vote, needs to be put into the works.

WAIT...Jeddik why would we have to re-vote on people running unoppsed? Better yet one thing I KNOW you have (for me and renity were the ones who took them up for you) were VOTES for the postitions. So why RE-VOTE something that was already voted for...what happened to those ballets I know for a fact you took them, why were these not put in our records. I for one am against this thought...this is not right...this has already been voted on PLUS all postiotions were running unopposed AND the people who got the possitions where the ONLY ones who passed the test required to hold the postions. Please enlighten me on your thought process!

I think this may have gotten over looked but with the June Allthing we will need to hold the vote for Kingdom PM.

All the candidates qualified based on their a&S points. The only ones who did NOT qualify were Boots and Kat because they did not pass the reeves & corpora test. Boots said this was on purpose, because she wanted the shire position anyway. She said she would have turned down the kingdom monarch position. It was however shady that there was NO althing to waive the testing requirements for the shire. Also shady was the fact that I was EXCLUDED from the shire althing immediately after the kingdom althing because as you put it you (jeddak) "forgot" about me.
