~~The County of Dark Oasis Althing Minutes for December 19th, 2010~~
Item 1- Cheers for Doozie, Cervantes, and Pheobe for catering DO with awesome food for the day.
Item 2- Cervantes and Pheobe's Christmas Gala came off very well, with 27 people attending from both Dark Oasis and Irongate. Here's hoping that this can become a yearly tradition with many more to come.
Item 3- Duchy status for Dark Oasis will be voted on at the January Kingdom Althing in Irongate. The populace was encouraged if not already to get dues paid and to head up there to support DO.
Item 4- Dark Oasis Crown Qualifications will be held on January 16th at City Park. Everyone was encouraged to attend and enter in both the Warskill and A&S competitions.
Item 5- Dark Oasis Coronation will be held January 29th. The theme will be an Engoku Lantern Festival to coincide with the Chinese Lunar New Year. Location and events will be announced soon.
Item 6- The Magic: The Gathering Dollar Tournament raised $20 for Dress-A-Live-Doll. Congrats to Chain for his victory.
Item 7- Wretch handed off a bag of stuffed animals to be donated to charity on behalf of Dark Oasis.
Item 8- Ignatius from Nine Willows spoke and requested to recieve a copy of these Althing minutes to take back and show the populace of Nine Willows. He also complimented Dark Oasis on attitude and fun.
Item 9- Cervantes announced that all credits on the Online Record Keeper have now been updated from 2005 to current. Huzzah!
