You and the Captain make it happen

Ok so James and Tobi just came in here and told me a new rule they think that we the Unseen Hand should have and so I am posting it for your consideeration:
The "You and the Captain make it happen" rule is as follows.
If anyone in the Hand gets a shot to nail Natalie Portman they must first contact the Captain and let him have first swing. Also this applies to all hand members. Everyone gets one person that they get first crack at should the oppertunity arise for another member of the Hand.

Now everyone needs to put down who thier one person is so we can have a comprehensive list so that there are no excuses later.
