The rulebook says that it is up to each Kingdom to decide how they want to choose their rules rep. I was chosen by Allthing after an online polling process narrowed the field.
Unless a new rep has been chosen, I am still it (according to the rulebook, my appointment is open ended until I step down or I'm removed).
I am still the listed representative on Esam.

Did the monarch appoint someone else? If so, I need to know so I can surrender my posting ability on the rules mod thread of Esam to the new person. No big deal, just need to know.
This needs to happen in a big time hurry, as the posting deadline for rules revisions is the 6th.

If nobody new has been appointed, I will be glad to continue on. After doing this for a couple of years, I'm familiar with the process and what is required.

BTW, I've only been given a couple of changes to propose. If anyone has anything, the deadline is almost upon us.

Hope this helps.

im not sure about being reps. Both Sir Neorjin and I have asked and have been ok'ed by Darken to be in the meeting. Whether or not that means one of us has replaced you, I dont know. It would be helpful if Darken can get on here and clear a little of this up

might get it cleared up with the big D my guess is yall can go to the meeting just not vote since ren is the rep. unless, like has been said, that has been changed. anyway, useless tidbits from the desk of nevon who is bored.

at this point in time, I think it would be best if Sir Ren stayed the rep. Just for ease of things....Both Sir Neorjin and I just want to be in the meeting. DONE!

That's all cool as far as I'm concerned. No big deal. We may have a problem at Clan...at the meeting they typically throw out everyone who is not a monarch or official rules rep. Reason being the more people that are there, the more people talk and argue and make things slower. The "peanut gallery" slowed things to a crawl in 2008. They may let you guys sit in if you don't make a ruckus.

Alternately, if I've been officially replaced... then I can still post the stuff for GP on Esam on our behalf to make deadline, and then I'll let the Esam rules mods know that I've been replaced so one of you can have write access to that thread. So, you can do online discussion and sit in the meeting.

Yo Darken, have I been officially replaced?

Also: Monkey, please send me any plasti-dip info you have so we can get the proposed change put in.

Sorry been a while since I've been on.

But no you haven't been replaced, if you do want to step down, I can get a replacement quick. If you want to continue that is fine with me also.

You have done it alot so I'm gonna let you decide what you want to do, you have earned that choice.

Thanks Darken. I'll continue on through the conclusion of this year's process (Clan meeting) and then we can decide what to do from there.

That is up to you or the Monarch that will be in power during next clan.
As long as you you are content in doing it there is no reason to change it, it helps with the consistancey of the meeting. But by rulebook unless you step down or the current Monarch changes it, you are stuck. LOL better you than me.
