Perhaps you could bring this before your allthing, it's just a suggestion:
How about combining May Day with your Coronation so that both occur on May 4? 2 trips to Irongate in the same month is gonna equal less turnout for both events, not to mention less turnout for the Ides of June (2nd weekend in June).
Just a thought that would greatly help all of our travel schedules.
