The overall score was a 105.
The reasons for any deductions are small or completely understandable: It was documented in the audit that Demos have been sadly impossible lately given circumstances beyond your field's control. I also know it's true for many fields that getting sign-ins for workshops and the like are often hard to come by, and we all need to keep that in mind (you noted that they occurred and so credit was given for that and the fighter practice sign-in included). The ledger was accounted for, but could use some further documentation as far as how things line up with statements.
Also worth noting, as an FYI: while the sign-in section's cover page documented average attendance by month*, the attendance was actually often one more than the number listed on that page for a number of the months calculated. If we only accounted for the cover page and its averages, this would have resulted in an avg. attendance for the audit's most recent 6 months at 30.33--rather than the actual 31.33. So, including the actual totals from the attendance sheets, the attendance requirement was definitely met for the required period, and the documentation was otherwise very clean save for some transposed pages.
Awesome job, and kudos for keeping everything in line with a field that had grown amazingly over this audit's very busy period.

Cheers,
OVM
* Way to go on giving 10 months rather than 6, way to go giving a cover page, way to go period for the organization in general.
