Uther is putting forth to have Monkey Rule put in place for the 30 days then bring forth motion at next Althing to carry out ban both in Kingdom and Amtgard wide until Court date and a verdict is set.

Uther held tie break vote and voted against Monkeys proposal after discussion on issue.

So Monkey Rule is now in place and further discussion will be held at next Kingdom Althing

Monkeys and Arminius Proposal to Change process of bestowing Knighthood from last Althing was brought forth to be voted on.
Otto suggested to just vote on weather we wanted to change at all, then have the vote on each proposal if vote to change passed, seconded by Rikka

A) Suggest that we make any Corpora changes have to hold 2/3 majority of Althing vote to pass
B) To suspend any Corpora changes as previously approved till May 2015
