Discussion for monkey's suspension. Uther motioned to skip discussion and go straight to the vote. Writers of the rules were consulted and it sticks.

Uther stated the complaints were large and the amount of stuff on line was a lot.

Arminius went over the review that was given on the forum. Stated that we should not be afraid of voicing your opinion he encouraged the opinions from everyone. He wants a repeal process the same as the monkey rule two third vote to over turn.

Shotgun stated that opinions are encouraged just keep it civil and clean. Don't insult them it halts the process of the opinions.

Calandra stated that the person who is affected be allowed to be present to defend themselves. She did not like the shadow process that was used would have proffered open complaints so that people are aware of the issues.

Shotgun discussed a statue of limitation on the ability to band

Bearrugs pointed out that uther does need to hear complaints. He encouraged the ability to go to the field reps to take care of problems. Use the chain of command to handle things on your field.

Was brought up that people should not be put in the risk of retaliation.

Corpora was quoted for the chain of command rule. Take care of it on your home park then go to the king. Examples were given as to how to use the chain of command.

Went over timing of when the code of conduct came out and when the monkey law was made.

We can't change the code of conduct, but we can write amendments in our corpora.

Brought up the forums and the 6 month play test. The Facebook was brought up with being much easier for communication. Discussed getting ride of ours and doing only Facebook.

Proposal made to bring Facebook page back. Additions that we some how archive tournament results and Althing minutes. It can happen on Facebook easily.

Proposal made to suspended corpora changes and allow admendments for code of condut. Arminius will be written these up.

Uther will get with Otto for the updated corpora.

It was pointed out that these copora stuff need to be central, will be held til the July Althing in lubbock.

New business.

Arminius brought up archiving and how he is working on making one for tournaments and quals. Missing stuff rom 2003 to 2012. He requested we archive and if we have old stuff to send them to him. So he can archive as much as possible.

Eh - mid reign may 3rd free comic books. Small dragon master. This is a demo for them as well. July 12th is amicon they will be demoing and lots of people going. Lots of a and s stuff a bardic work shop will be setup they have a professional bard to come and teach. Possibly the end of June.

Now mid region in June maybe not sure. Dates not set weapon master will be in 2 weeks. Festival of the arts in September.
