All thing minutes for The Duchy of the Glade of IX Willows.
- All thing opened 1/17/15 at 2:56p.m
- 1st order of business discussion of playtesting BL corpora.
~ Motion to vote on which corpora IX Willows will use by Sir Wretch. Seconded by Valance. 9 for GP. 3 for BL. 1 abstain. IX Willows will use GP corpora.
- 2nd Comic-con/ Scotch-Irish faire will be happening the second weekend of March the 15th
~ We will be selling amtgard weapons, and any related arts, and crafts at Comic-con.
~ Squire Snow Windwatcher will be running the boffer pit
~ Talk of Burning Skies making the loaners since IX Willows paid for the venue.
~ Saturday con at the boffer pit will be a credit day for IX Willows. Sunday for Burning Skies.
- Burning Skies dragon master/midreign is on Feb. 1st
- Skywatch/Nightglade stepping up tomorrow.
- Intent to run for for IX Willows office due 2nd weekend of Feb.
- Kingdom intent to run for office due Jan. 31st. Feb. 21st end reign

2. 2|21|15 There will be a a Kingdom Event at Brownfield.
3. Still accepting bids for our local endreign the last weekend of march likely to be at the student center.
4. 2nd weekend of March will be the Comiccon/ Scotch Irish Faire go. Good times will be had. ("Wear garb."-Raja)
5. 1st weekend of march will be quals tournament, and arts and sciences will be had.
6. Anyone, and everyone willing to make weapons for comic con to help
7. Next fighter practice/ artisans gathering there will be sewing machines get your garb on.
8. Drako from Dark Oasis is having ongoing story lines to there battle games go roleplay have good times.
9, We are having a heraldry contest till our endrieign in march make your own heraldry using whatever medium you deem fit. Artisans show off. Will be judged at endreign.
10. Mensa will be coming out the 28th of Feb. There will be a demo staring at 3 roughly lasting an Hour.
11. Ditching all day every day so says the Champion, so say we all.

1. We need a Kingdom monarch no one qualed. Lots of random nominations all declined except Raegar. Congrats Raegar.
2. Nominees Thandor, and Orgy. Lots of shenanigans then voting. 6 for Thandor 5 for Orgy. Congrats Thandor.
3. Next nominate Guild Master of Reeves. Black Bart Nominated. 5 for 1 nay. Congrats Black Bart.
4. Remember we had Comic-Con, and Scotch Irish Fair last week. 3/14/15.
5. Con stuff.... Pricing swords, how much will we charge, for stuff. $20 swords $5 fight all day. blah blah blah.

2. 4/25/15 Mensa the high iq society will be coming out at 3 big 2 news will be advertising.
3. Still working on mid-reign. Eleno, and people are down for a camping event on july 4th if they can drink, and blow stuff up.
4. Kingdom allthing in 2 weeks in E.H Canyon Tx. May 9th not 4th.
5. Kingdom Midreign Ryujin will be having a combat vigil.
6. May 2nd we will have a may the 4th day.
7. Week after May 2nd we will have a mayday celebration highland games may poles K-bar tosses may poles, and stuff.
8. Mini club fair Tuesday April 28th 7 p.m at the student center. Come out in Garb after work have fun.
9. Next month we will be voting on play testing corpora 3.5.
10. June 20th we need a new p.m Run for p.m. I call not it.
