Duchy of Irongate's 1st Annual Family and Friends Extravaganza!

As the Duchy of Irongate's new Regent along with our new Champion Draven and Count Darken we have decided to hold a little event for our field to create awareness and to maybe even get a few more people into Amtgard. It is a free event and feast. However we will have a place for donations should you decide to do that. We are hoping to have a huge turnout. So come out and see us and bring the whole family and more friends. Children are welcome! Crash space is available, just ask! Also don't forget sunscreen and chairs! We look forward to seeing you all! Also if you want to help or have suggestions just contact me at threeteats@hotmail.com or 806-544-0940. You can come for Saturday and stay for Sunday's regular fighting at 2 at the same park. If we have enough attendees we might even do Craft Wars which will cost between $3 and $5 per person. Here are the events planned so far.

Where: Maxey Park @ 24th St and Quaker Ave Lubbock, Texas across from hospital parking lot.
What: - Hamburgers and Hot Dogs
- Kids Quest
- Bake Sale
- Ditching
- Battle Games
- Belly Dancing and Drumming

If anyone wants more than just hamburgers and hot dogs let me know. For example my potato salad, deviled eggs, chips, etc... Also we need ideas for our bake sale. What kind of baked goods do you want?

This sounds like a lot of fun. I will definitely try to be there. Also, I think it would be really nice to have your potato sald, deviled eggs, chips, etc... I dont't know it just feels more like a feast that way, and if there is anything you need me to bring just let me know. I will also help with feast if you need some help.

We are working on getting an artist to come out and do caricatures for a small fee. I am also trying to get a musician along with anyone who wants to bellydance or drum. We are gonna have such an awsome kids quest and games going. I can't wait!!! Remember the feast is free!!!
